We hope that you love everything you receive from Bunny Hop, but if ever you are unhappy with your order, you can return your items quickly and easily. Just email us with the title 'return' and let us know your order number and the items you wish to return. We will email you back with a returns form. 

Returns are accepted provided we receive your items back within 14 days of your receipt of goods, and at the discretion of Bunny Hop for returns outwith that period. We are happy to take back all unworn, unused and unwashed items, with tags, labels and hygiene strips still attached. We pack and send each item with care and love and would like to receive all items back in the same condition. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us as soon as possible on info@bunny-hop.com, attaching a photo if possible. You will have 30 days to return your item and receive a full refund. 

Refunds will be for the total sum of your purchase minus delivery costs. Once we have processed your refund, the money should be back in your account in 5-10 working days.

Please note that WE DO NOT REFUND SALE ITEMS unless they are faulty. We will, however, be more than happy to provide an exchange for another item.

If you require an exchange, we ask that you return your unwanted items and place a new order.

We recommend you return items using recorded delivery in case anything happens to them on their way! 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and will offer a refund or an exchange for a similar item.
